Your tasks

Support and initiation of community living in the group home (excerpt)
Accompanying the group process
Introduction of new residents to the shared living community


Ensuring daily basic care in the group home (excerpt)
Assisting residents in need with meal intake
Support and assistance in creating a comfortable, clean, and orderly living environment in the residents' personal space


Collaboration in providing individual support for residents (excerpt)
Assistance with daily, weekly, and yearly structuring
