    Description
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Contract Administrator in Monmouth County, NJ.

    This role involves supporting the entire contract life cycle for government and commercial clients, ensuring alignment with company policies, customer obligations, and legal requirements.

    The primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for all contract-related inquiries.


    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Utilize bidding software to prepare bids and manage quote requests for potential subcontractors.
    Secure necessary bonds, insurance certificates, and material certifications.
    Generate monthly EEO reports for all projects.
    Facilitate the preparation and acquisition of subcontractor contracts and relevant documentation.
    Complete and submit various supplemental government forms as needed.
    Assist the Safety Director in compiling and submitting safety manuals for each project.
    Coordinate the establishment of jobsite offices.
    Handle the renewal applications for NJDOT/NJTA classification, Public Works certification, Employee Information Certificate, and Pay to Play reports.
    Manage the submission of daily and weekly Traffic Impact and Material Inspection requests.
    Address and resolve contract-related issues both internally and externally.
    Ensure timely delivery of bid submissions.
    Review and process project closeout documentation, extensions, or renewals.
    Maintain organized records of all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
    Coordinate attendance and registration for industry functions and seminars.


    REQUIRED SKILLS:
    1-3 years' experience in contract administration or a similar administrative role.
    Preferred but not required: 1+ years of data entry experience.
    Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    Basic computer literacy.
    Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Strong time management and organizational skills.
    Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including government agencies, subcontractors, customers, employees, and management.


    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.


    Compensation and Benefits:
    $50,000-$58,000
    include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
