- Responsible for all aspects of the contract administration life cycle from cradle to grave; including, but not limited to, supporting proposal activities, leading negotiations, and managing contracts through closeout.
- Manage complex contract requirements in support of major proposals and awarded programs.
- Serve as the primary Contracts point of contact with our customers for assigned opportunities/ programs.
- Education Level Required- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, related field.
- 3+ years of related experience in contracts administration
- Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
- Ability to review and understand fundamental Government contract terms
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers without appreciable direction
- Ability to represent the company as the prime contact on contracts or projects and interact with internal/ external personnel on matters often requiring the coordination of activities across organizational lines.
- Must be detail-oriented, have strong business acumen, be proactive, responsive, and have the ability to multitask
- Must be flexible and able to comply with new/evolving processes/procedures
- Must be experienced with MS Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel), and capable of learning and using company-specific programs
- Government/DoD contracting/negotiating experience with a solid working knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Experience with Complex/Cost Type contracts (e.g. CPFF, CPIF, CPAF) preferred

This role is a hybrid position that will be two days in the Moorestown, NJ office and three days remote.
