Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead our skilled team of technicians to keep our equipment up and running smoothly. Use your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to troubleshoot problems, enhance preventive maintenance, uphold safety standards, and boost operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Direct workers in maintenance and repair tasks.
Supervise staff assignments and performance.
Diagnose machinery malfunctions.
Oversee installation of industrial machinery.
Maintain spare parts inventory.
Adjust work procedures to meet deadlines.
Enforce safety regulations and policies.
Improve production methods and equipment performance.
Resolve work issues and motivate team members.
Keep production records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS in Engineering preferred.
5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
Strong industrial electrical knowledge required.
Additional mechanical, welding, refrigeration, and plumbing skills preferred.
Proficiency in various software applications.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
