- Ensure brand consistency by using templates for marketing materials such as flyers, offering materials, maps, floor plans, and qualification packages.
- Organize and produce customized information packages for clients in response to RFIs and RFPs.
- Coordinate advertising schedules and placements with the local centralized marketing group.
- Arrange offsite meetings and conferences, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel and meeting room reservations.
- Update and maintain the CRM and various information databases, generate standard and ad-hoc reports, and assist with website updates as needed.
- Track, collate, and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS.) is required.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in administrative professional level positions.
- 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably in a Sales or Marketing department.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite is required.
- Proficiency in Web publishing using templates.
- $25/hr-$26/hr while temporary
- $55K-$60K when permanent
- Temporary to permanent position
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
