Senior HR Generalist
who can jump into the compliance, policy, and payroll side, as well as the performance management and employee relations side.

Key responsibilities include:
Research and support compliance with Federal, State, and local payroll and employment laws and regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures including handbook updates
Maintain required compliance data; compile and complete required reports
Serve as back-up person for the Firm's payroll utilizing ADP Workforce Now
Assist employees with questions and concerns regarding the policies, payroll, benefits, etc.
Complete registrations with State agencies (withholding tax, unemployment accounts, etc.)
Support the Firm through external audits such as the 401(k) audit and workers' compensation audits
Review and make corrections, if needed, to annual required statements (W-2s, 1095-Cs, etc.)
Assist with the administration of the performance management system
Address performance concerns and disciplinary issues in collaboration with managers
Support FMLA and leave of absence processes
Ideal Senior HR Generalist candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field, or related work experience
3+ years' experience in human resources
1+ years' experience in payroll
Effective written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization, focus, exceptional attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills needed
High comfort level with technology and computer programs, including Microsoft Office programs as well as HR and payroll systems
