- Interact with patients and physicians at the front desk
- Assist in building relationships with patients
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Promote a positive and welcoming experience for all individuals
- Obtain and verify demographic information and insurance details
- Schedule appointments and manage patient consents
- Collect payments and balance end-of-day deposits
- Coordinate with clinical teams and referring physicians
- Assist with various administrative tasks

- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable with medical terminology
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Certification as a Patient Services Specialist
- Fluency in Spanish
- Ability to operate computer devices and communicate effectively
- Requires frequent standing and walking
