The Betonsystem-Consulting GmbH is one of the most successful regional sales and trading companies for precast concrete components with an integrated engineering and planning office located in King City, OR.

In the planning phase of new construction projects (with a focus on residential and medium-sized commercial buildings), we work with our clients to develop technically and economically viable precast concepts.

In the event of an order, our engineering office creates the object-specific detailed planning of the precast concrete components and supplementary execution plans before they are delivered to the construction site by us in a timely and demand-oriented manner.

To strengthen our commercial department, we are currently looking for an

Industrial Clerk (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You ensure timely invoice preparation, check measurements and services based on order confirmations, change orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes, create invoices, and post them in our ERP system.
You maintain continuous communication with all internal departments to ensure timely and contractcompliant invoicing.
You appreciate independent and structured work methods.
