Requirements:

Completed commercial education
Experience in preparing financial statements and balance sheets for individual companies according to HGB in a shared service company is desirable
Proficient in handling accounting processes in ERP systems (Datev) and MS Office applications, especially Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Independently responsible for processing ongoing business transactions in the accounts payable department, including travel expense reports
Review and classify business transactions according to commercial and tax aspects
Record and post bank transactions, including resolving any special cases
Active involvement in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Responsible for maintaining master data
Set up and manage recurring transactions
Review, clarify, and process open items (including debit balances)
Oversee invoice control in collaboration with the ordering teams
Support the development of accounts payable processes
