For our care facilities of the EVK Düsseldorf Foundation, we are looking for a
qualified nursing professional or certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
in full-time or part-time - starting immediately

Your responsibilities:
You will work as a nursing professional in our care facilities
You will take on shift management and work closely with our residential area managers
You will ensure the best possible nursing and care for our residents
You will provide activating care and support for our residents
You will maintain our computer-based nursing documentation in accordance with applicable laws
You will manage care and work processes
You will collaborate with residents, family members, other professional groups, and all areas of the facilities
You will contribute to the implementation and further development of existing quality standards in the relevant field
You will create a pleasant living environment for our residents
You will supervise and train nursing assistants and trainees

Your profile:
You have completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional and are a team player
You ideally have professional experience and relevant further education
You are open-minded and act empathetically
You are motivated and have a friendly and resident-oriented demeanor
You have problem-solving skills in your own area of expertise
You have a strong interest in further developing the quality of care
