    We're seeking an experienced and adaptable Marketing Manager who can lead our team in crafting comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels.

    The ideal candidate should excel in both traditional and digital marketing, possess strong leadership skills, and be adept at leveraging omni-channel communication and SEO tactics to drive results.

    This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day marketing activities with long-term strategic planning.

    Primary Responsibilities

    A successful Marketing Manager will show skill in the following areas:

    Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
    Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
    Analyze customer insights, industry trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

    Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

    Utilize omni-channel communication and SEO strategies to maximize brand visibility, site traffic and engagement across various platforms.
    Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and public-facing communications, encompassing multiple channels.

    Conceptualize and execute integrated lead generation campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycles, ensuring seamless messaging and alignment across all channels.

    Manage content and insights for customer touchpoints, including e-commerce, paid media, social media platforms, print, and email.

    Lead efforts to enhance SEO performance, conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and implementing technical SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

    Gather customer and market insights to inform Paid, Email and Sales strategies to increase conversions, and generate qualified leads through digital channels.

    Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize full funnel performance and ROI.

    Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and collaborate with senior leadership on marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

    Requirements


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
    10+ years of proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
    Experience with online marketing, ecommerce, and Lead Generation strategies.
    5+ years of successfully leading a team of marketing professionals.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong project management, cross department collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
    Metrics-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
    Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and SEO techniques.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Enthusiasm and flexibility for working in a high-growth, highly adaptive environment.
    A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

    Nice To Have Skills

    Familiarity of project management systems; JIRA preferred
    Experience working in Hubspot, SEM Rush, and Shopify.
    Analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, email analytics)

    Remote hybrid role:
    Three days onsite (Monday and Wednesday required) and two optional remote days.
