At Louis, an apprenticeship doesn't just mean a lot of variety in different areas of the company and plenty of opportunities for advancement in the future.

It also means working independently, with your own responsibilities, and as part of a team.

Louis sees its apprentices of today as the employees of tomorrow and the potential department and store managers of the future.

The apprenticeship will begin in the summer of 2024.

You will complete your practical training at a store near you.


The apprenticeship lasts for 2 years, with the possibility of completing a third year to become a retail salesperson (m/f/d) with good performance.

Your responsibilities include taking on a variety of tasks such as customer consultation, receiving and presenting merchandise, and operating the cash register independently and efficiently.

You will also learn about motorcycle clothing and accessories, as well as motorcycle technology and leisure products.

In addition to attending vocational school, you will also receive training through courses at our in-house academy to prepare you for your tasks in the store.

You have an open and friendly personality and feel at home in the world of motorcycles.
You are enthusiastic and committed to the retail industry.
You enjoy physical activity.
You are a team player and reliable.
You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate.
