Who we are looking for:

We are searching for an IT Administrator (m/f/d) with strong knowledge and passion for solving technical problems. You should be able to handle a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively. In addition to the various technical skills required for the position, you should have good interpersonal skills that allow you to communicate and effectively engage with employees with varying levels of IT knowledge and abilities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing user accounts and access rights in various IT systems and applications
  • Providing technical support to employees for any issues through various channels
  • Monitoring and maintaining systems
  • Performing regular system and network checks and addressing any errors or security vulnerabilities
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, and accessories
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on laptops and other devices
  • Assisting with the setup and configuration of network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Training employees on the secure use of IT resources and applications, as well as providing technical documentation and guides

Your profile:

  • Completed education in IT or a similar qualification
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position
