    Job DescriptionSnelling is currently recruiting for Data Entry Candidates for a company in the Birmingham area. These positions are 1st shift positions with a start pay rate that ranges from $ /hr. Data Entry Clerks Major Responsibilities:
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
    • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
    • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
    • Resolve administrative problems
    • Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
    • Answer telephone calls and pass them on
    • Greet and assist visitors to the community centers
    Data Entry Clerk Job Requirements and Qualifications:
    • 2-3 years of previous experience as administrative experience
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
