    Title: Customer Service Coordinator

    Location: Irondale, AL 35210

    Duration: 4 Months (Contractor)

    Job Description: Credit Department

    Our Clerical Staff play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service by assisting with administrative tasks

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with clerical functions such as Data Entry for Credit and New Accounts
    • Provide clerical and customer service support to various departments
    • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
    • Handle incoming mail, filing, fax, and customer returns
    • Perform accurate data entry for multiple tasks

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication, analytical, and typing skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Positive attitude and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • High School Diploma or GED
