    Description

    Great opportunity for a skill Accounts Payable professional who can execute on accurate and timely coordination of the full cycle of accounts payable activities.

    Our client is a growing full service commercial construction company with a string presence in the Florida market.
    Manage the inbox
    Submit invoices for Project Manager's approval.
    Responsible for maintaining the A/P register and related reports.
    Manage vendor correspondence via email/phone or direct mail.
    Vendor statement reconciliation and requesting past due invoices as needed.
    Prepare and update the cash forecast required to pay companies obligations.
    Implement policies and procedures related to A/P
    Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or other appropriate discipline.
    ~Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
