Manufacturing company with locations nationwide is targeting a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead their mechanical maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical systems and a proven track record of successful leadership.

The Mechanical Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production machinery and equipment.

Permanent salary: $120, ,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of skilled mechanical maintenance technicians.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure minimal impact on production schedules.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical issues, utilizing a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
