In order to further develop our Stuttgart branch in terms of BIM and Lean Management, we are looking for an experienced industry expert as Branch Manager (all genders).

YOUR CHALLENGES:

Personnel and commercial management of the branch with approximately 25 employees as its own profit center
Ensuring the ideal branch structure in the context of a growing company
Further development of executives in the areas of project management, planning, presales, procurement, and technical building equipment
Alignment of the branch with companywide processes and ensuring the company's high quality standards
Responsibility for maintaining contact with existing and potential customers, acquisition, and consultation until handover to the responsible members of the management team and potentially beyond
Expansion of contact networks with investors, corporates, and property owners
