V. is an established provider of Bavarian social welfare services.

With over 500 employees, Diakonie Regensburg is active in general social work and social psychiatry, child and youth services, as well as services for people with disabilities and the elderly.



We are currently seeking a Social Pedagogue for our Supported Youth Housing on a part-time basis (33 hours/week). The position is temporary to cover for a sick leave.

Supported Youth Housing is a youth welfare facility that offers support and guidance to young people between the ages of 16 and 21 in transitioning to independent living.


Your responsibilities:


  • Counseling, support, and guidance for young people in their own living environment and individual social surroundings
  • Crisis intervention and implementation of preventive measures
  • Encouraging independence in young people
  • Creating development reports and pedagogical statements
  • Developing and implementing individual support plans

Your profile:


  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Enjoy working with young people in individual and group settings
  • Class B or 3 driver's license
  • Identification with the diakonic mission and Christian values
