We are currently looking for a full-time
Accounting Specialist
(m/f/d) at our
Neu Isenburg location.

Your responsibilities:

Order processing and accounting
Invoicing
Monthly booking of bank documents
Accounts receivable/payable accounting
Independent handling of payment transactions
Creating various evaluations in SAP and statistics, as well as monthly and annual planning in Excel
Preparing the annual financial statements
Cash flow planning
Account reconciliation, document organization, cash management
Preparing documents for payroll, checking employee travel expense reports, acting as a contact person for tax office
Various administrative tasks in daily business
General secretarial tasks, telephone switchboard

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of accounting required
Good PC skills, MS Office (proficient in Word/Excel), ideally SAP knowledge
Quick comprehension, but also accuracy, organizational skills, and above all, enjoyment of working with people
Teamwork and a structured, goaloriented, and reliable work style
