    Secretary / Administrative Assistant

    Access Elevator, a rapidly growing company in the accessibility industry, is looking for a dedicated, professional, and organized individual to join us as our new Secretary / Administrative Assistant. In this position, your contributions will be crucial to the company's success

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in scheduling appointments, preparing service schedules, and estimates.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and other material.
    • Create and update customer contact information to ensure quality service.
    • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
    • Develop and maintain a filing system.
    • Check office supplies and place appropriate orders.
    • Make travel arrangements.

    Skills and Qualities:

    • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
    • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Integrity and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • High school diploma.
