- Collaborate with Account Executives to align strategies and utilize in-depth knowledge of Walmart's data and processes to drive client growth initiatives.
- Develop concise and impactful presentations that facilitate increased distribution and market presence for Acosta's client at Walmart.
- Develop repeatable baseline frameworks so there is a best-in-class approach to all insight work at Acosta Group.
- Effectively manage priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of line reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBR), and other key deliverables.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders, fostering open communication channels to drive success.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Be proficient in the utilization of Retail Link/Luminate platforms and a deep understanding of syndicated data sources such as Nielson, IRI, Home Scan Panel, and SPINS.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Leverage a solid working knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, particularly in the realm of customer insights, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to guide and develop team members, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with company objectives.
- Be a thought leader within the Acosta Bentonville team and in the Walmart community.
- Nurture a strong business network in the market to ensure Acosta is on the leading edge of Category and Business Insights.
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; related work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
- Category Management Certification is preferred.
- 5-8 years of related work experience in business intelligence, category management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of management experience, demonstrating leadership and team development skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing Retail Link/Luminate platforms for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid working knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, particularly in customer insights.
