- Master's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics or related field
- Experience in sourcing & procurement, supply chain or finance
- 8+ years' experience in data foraging and synthesis, analytics, and insights creation (e.g., spend analysis, TCO, should cost modeling, comparative cost analysis, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency utilizing data mining tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python, SAS, MS products, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency utilizing BI Visualization Tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Category knowledge of services e.g., FS, CME, Energy, Sustainability, or Compliance
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and cross-functional team management
- Retail or Consulting industry experience
- Experience utilizing lean six sigma, Agile methodologies or PMP certification
