    Are you an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant Health is partnering with a reputable school district in San Diego, CA, to fill a full-time, onsite SLP position for the upcoming school year. If you are passionate about providing quality speech therapy services and working collaboratively with a dynamic team, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders and speech-related difficulties.
    • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to address students' needs.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and carryover of therapy goals.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
    • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide recommendations for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
    • Participate in team meetings, contribute to the development of intervention strategies, and provide support to fellow team members.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
    • California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of current therapy techniques, assessments, and intervention strategies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
