    Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Ramona, CA

    Status: Accepting Candidates

    Description:

    We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other members of the educational team.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Valid California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
    • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
    • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills
    • Provide direct therapy services to students
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
    • Participate in IEP meetings and other team meetings as needed
