- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Process incoming inventory by recording and labeling items, and ensuring proper storage.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to order specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic inventory management systems.
- Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and cycle counting as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory status and issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Forklift certification a plus.
