We are currently seeking a
Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) in
full-time for an
international corporation in the field of
medical technology.

Your responsibilities will include customer support, order management, and general office management.

Are you looking for an exciting role in a modern, innovative, and international environment? Do you have a commercial education, such as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or a similar professional qualification?

Then the team is looking forward to your support as a
Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • Accepting and processing incoming orders
  • Planning and coordinating loan shipments
  • Planning and executing return of loan shipments
  • Invoicing and resolving open cases
  • Systematic booking
  • Creating credit notes and corresponding customer communication
  • Recording and coordinating customer complaints

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in customer service/sales support desired
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems desired
  • High level of independence and initiative
  • Very good German skills (C1/C2 level) and good English skills (B1/B2 level)
