The
Director Global Oncology Marketing T-cell Engager Asset Lead will lead a high priority asset to transform course of cancer in multiple disease areas (e.g., small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, others).

Lead a high performing cross functional asset team who collaborate closely with R&D to enable this asset to help more patients.

This position reports directly to the Vice President, Oncology New Products.


Key responsibilities

Asset Commercial Leadership:

  • Lead brand planning, global forecasting, and commercial launch planning
  • Partner with R&D and commercial disease teams to build leading asset development strategy and tumor prioritization
  • Build deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, future trends, the patient journey, and customer needs
  • Enable scenariobased planning to mitigate risks and prepare for multiple outcomes
  • Partner with patient access teams to enable utilization globally

People Development:

  • Empower, mentor, and coach teammates
  • Define clear objectives, align on stretch goals, and allocate resources
  • As asset grows, build a commercial asset team

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Advanced degree (MBA) preferred


Required Experience and Skills:


  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with increasing magnitude of responsibility in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • 5+ years leading teams and developing people
  • Product Launch experience required
  • Understanding of the Global Oncology space with demonstrated ability to learn and master diverse therapeutic areas and complex business environments
  • Current understanding of pharma promotional compliance, laws, and regulations
  • Proven success record for building high performance teams and driving strong results
