Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team.

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, and meeting quality standards.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Duties:


  • Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process
  • Set up machines according to established procedures and guidelines
  • Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety guidelines
  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
  • Knowledge of machining, fabrication, and materials handling processes
  • Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is desirable
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping purposes
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or processes

Pay:
From $18.50 per hour
