- Interprets cardiac rhythms.
- Completes mandatory and annual competencies for equipment and procedures, adhere to unit-based protocols, and work collaboratively with other disciplines in the Medical Center.

Summary
The Inpatient Float Pool Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care.
This is an Open Continuous Announcement. This announcement will remain open until all positions have been filled or until the closing date of this announcement. Duties
The VA Midwest Health Care Network advocates for a Whole Health System of care in each of the Medical Centers. The Inpatient Float Pool Registered Nurse duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
Work Schedule: This is an intermittent position. Intermittent employment is defined as non-fulltime employment in which employees are appointed without a regularly scheduled tour of duty. Work hours are Sunday through Saturday Varying Shifts with Weekend, Holiday and Day/Overnight Rotations. Expected availability for this position is one 12-hour shift or or two 8 hour shifts per biweekly pay period.
