Description
Coordinates the sale and delivery of product sold via company held contracts/agreements with governmental, national account and/or rental customers. This process begins with quoting equipment thru delivery and invoicing of product.Duties:
Administers direct purchase order processing and specific contracts to include quoting, order auditing, entry and coordinating delivery with customers, dealers, vendors, factories and other company divisions.
Assists account managers with marketing initiatives and provide dealer and customer support/assistance with problem resolution and interpretation of policy. Prepares and delivers training to dealers, customers and company employees. Builds customer relationships through professional communication via phone, personal visits and trade shows. Provides continuous process improvements for assigned processes. Assists with telemarketing and accounts receivable activities. Compiles, analyzes and shares customer sales data as $ $24.34 per hourshift:
