    Sales Coordinator

    About the Role

    The primary role of the Sales Coordinator is to provide full administrative and organizational support to the Head of Sales and the Sales leadership team.

    What you will do

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing presentations, updating marketing and sales project lists, organizing various meetings, hotel and travel arrangements
    • Organize trade show activities in close cooperation with marketing and sales management to ensure appropriate company and product presence and appearance. This includes booking of space and services, shipment of materials, hotel and travel arrangements, etc
    • Track business initiatives outlined by the sales management team
    • Ensure that all sales documents and agreements are up to date and maintained per company guidelines
    • Communicate important feedback from customers and cross functional departmentsinternally
    • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request

    Who We Are Looking For

    A well-organized, passionate, and detailed-oriented person, with:

    • AA/AS Degree is required
    • 2-3 years of administrative experience
    • Fluency in English is essential to coordinate with the Sales department
    • Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Strong organizational and excellent communication skills is a must
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities
    • Good relationship building and collaboration skills
    • Positive attitude & creative problem solver
    • Ability to work efficiently and move work along at a brisk pace
    • Focus on high results. Constant striving for maximum accuracy
