    We're thrilled to invite passionate candidates like you to step into the role of Portfolio Manager.

    This full time, in-office position is your gateway to overseeing leasing operations, cultivating relationships with property owners, and championing a high performing team.

    Position Overview
    Oversee the day-to-day leasing operations, from prospect generation through lease execution and renewals, to move out.
    Work with leadership to set performance goals in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision.
    Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing, collaborative team, including Leasing and Administration.
    Communicate regularly with leadership and other facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities in the brand experience.
    Maintain a documented system of property management policies and procedures to ensure leasing activity complies with Fair Housing laws.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience required, preferably in the property management field.
    Valid Real Estate License required or attainment of such within a specified period. CPM, AMS or PCAM designation preferred.
