    JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support the daily operations of House of CB in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, possess product knowledge, and create a welcoming shopping environment for customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Possess product knowledge to deliver personalized customer service.
    • Operate iPads for various tasks like order processing and email communication.
    • Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.
    • Support the management team in analyzing sales reports and proposing sales strategies.
    • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store aesthetics.
    • Organize stockroom and process deliveries.
    • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and returns efficiently.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
    • Passion for fashion and willingness to perform various tasks.
