Delivers the firm's resources to Institutional Equity clients and leverages the Equity platform to develop and grow client relationships.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.


  • Develop understanding of client needs and requirements, and assist with the coordination of the firm's resources to service clients.
  • Deliver the firm's Research product to clients on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate and host Corporate Access meetings with clients and company management teams.
  • Educate clients on high touch and low touch trading capabilities.
  • Market Equity Capital Markets transactions, keeping clients updated on demand and price sensitivity.
  • Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships.
  • Frequent in-person client contact including travel and entertainment to develop, grow and maintain client relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Series 7 & 63 FINRA licenses
3. 3-4 years of related work experience

  • Strong knowledge of equity research, markets, sectors, industries, stocks and other financial products, corporate access and investment banking.
  • Emerging sales and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Advanced skills in written and oral communications, and interpersonal relationship management.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of related work experience
