    About the Role:
    Dante, located in Omaha, NE, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a leader in the hospitality industry, Dante offers a fast-paced and rewarding work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
    • Manage and motivate a team of staff members
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
    Requirements:
    • Strong financial acuity.
    • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
    • Understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Food safety and alcohol service certifications
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
