    Job Title: Health Analytic Consultant

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Support complex employer groups with a large number of subscribers
    • Analyze complex health plan performance analytics and provide insights for strategic needs
    • Create and present data-driven insights to senior leaders
    • Develop strategic analytic deliverables and presentations focusing on member impact
    • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex analytic needs
    • Participate in the RFP bid process for new business and renewals
    • Act as a trusted advisor on healthcare cost and quality analytics

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years in a customer-facing role
    • Knowledgeable about healthcare cost and quality topics
    • Proficient in Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated presentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in data analytics, data science, or statistics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Travel:

    • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time

    NOTE: Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $, annually. Along with your salary, UnitedHealth Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and more.
