JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing telephone support for properties and tenants on behalf of property management companies, housing associations, and institutions
- Managing customer inquiries over the phone, recording them in a specialized software application, and forwarding them to the appropriate contact person
- Directing incoming calls to desired conversation partners
- Recording data from potential tenants and existing customers
- Taking necessary actions when needed (emergency notifications, hiring of contractors)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Cross-training in customer service and real estate is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using specialized software applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to take initiative and make decisions when needed
