JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing telephone support for properties and tenants on behalf of property management companies, housing associations, and institutions
  • Managing customer inquiries over the phone, recording them in a specialized software application, and forwarding them to the appropriate contact person
  • Directing incoming calls to desired conversation partners
  • Recording data from potential tenants and existing customers
  • Taking necessary actions when needed (emergency notifications, hiring of contractors)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cross-training in customer service and real estate is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using specialized software applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to take initiative and make decisions when needed
