Your tasks

For the Human Relations department at our Hoppegarten location near Berlin, we are looking for student support for a mandatory internship starting as soon as possible. For a duration of approximately 6 months, we offer the opportunity to get to know the field of local HR at an international corporation. (A combination of mandatory and voluntary internships is possible).

Tasks include:
  • Support in operational HR management, such as recruiting, onboarding, and talent management
  • Point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
  • Support in individual personnel measures according to § 99 BetrVG and in cooperation with the works council
  • Creation and analysis of statistics and evaluations
  • Active participation in projects and special topics
  • Completion of general administrative tasks

Your profile
  • Ongoing studies in business administration, social sciences, business law with a focus on HR, organizational psychology, or a similar field of study
  • Previous experience in HR is desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High commitment, flexibility, creativity, teamwork
