Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing remodeling company seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our finance team.

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant with 3-5 years of Big 4 accounting firm experience.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and present findings to management.
Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
Provide support for external audits.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA designation preferred.
3-5 years of progressive experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
