Description

Responsibilities:


  • Perform General Accounting functions including but not limited to preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders.
  • Support Cash Management/Accounts Receivable with the cash receipts processing.
  • Assist Payroll with set up and maintenance of online state tax accounts.
  • Work with Accounts Payable/Travel to review and process employee expense reports.
  • Support Accounts Payable vendor invoicing process as neccessary.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial systems and ability to create financial system reports.

This is a Hybrid Position; Ability to come in to the office twice a month.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor OR Master's degree with 0 years of experience OR Associate Degree with 3 years of related experience OR High School/GED with 6 years of experience.
  • Ablility to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Deltek Costpoint experience
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, policies, and procedures.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.

The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.

USD $50, USD $89,100.00 /Yr
