**What You'll Do:**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure Lottery sales equipment work orders are communicated to the gaming system vendor in accordance with their procedures

Check Ohio Lottery systems for new work orders and determine actions to be taken

Process work orders with vendor

Compare work orders in the vendors retailer and service database to work orders in Ohio Lottery systems to ensure the databases match

Respond to any inquiries from the gaming system vendor regarding work orders

Support retailers by facilitating the transfer of lottery equipment due to the sale of retailer businesses

Answer calls from Lottery Sales Representatives to transfer equipment from the old business to the new business

Provide information and assist Lottery Sales Representatives with actions they need to complete on the equipment to perform the sale of business

Update the status of the equipment for the old and new retailer in Ohio Lottery systems

Escalate problems to the vendors IT team when necessary

Maintain open, consistent, and clear communication with all parties involved

Review and summarize various reports

Provide administrative support

Provide regular updates to supervisor and Deputy Director

Perform other duties and work on special projects

**GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB****:**

Under the direct supervision of the Store Management team, the Professional Color Advisor, known in the industry as a Color Consultant, is our go-to expert for assisting with designing color schemes and palettes for homeowners. In addition, our Professional Color Advisors are responsible for providing superior customer service.

We only hire Interior Design graduates or students currently enrolled in a degree program, so that our customers are assured theyre receiving professional advice from someone who can speak specifically to the elements and principles of design.

This is an in-store role with the opportunity to participate in community events and tradeshows.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES****:**

Displays outstanding phone and email etiquette always

Making a connection with customers and giving educated advice based on information gained from conversations with the customer

Attends training classes and monthly store meetings to discuss matters of improving Color Advisor department operations

Learn and utilize Dunn-Edwards sales aids such as: Specification Guide, Dunn-Edwards Perfect Palette Color System, computer renderings using Adobe Photoshop Software, Product Information Sheets, and Safety Data Sheets

Must have the ability to understand different lighting sources and how they relate to change in color
