- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and manage CRM systems to optimize lead nurturing and conversions.

- Share knowledge and best practice, carry out training for existing and new users.
- Oversee and manage the company's website, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and content accuracy.
- Act as the owner of our website performance, updates, and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience. Leading our website roadmap.
- Manage online content via CMS platform (edit and publish web pages and blog), including SEO edits.
- Own the management of SEO and PPC campaigns with agencies and/or freelancers. General knowledge of working with Google Analytics and AdWords is required.
- Collaborate with IT, design, and content teams to update and optimize the website regularly based on performance insights and analytics.
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing campaign execution, including preparing and executing landing pages and emails using automation software.
- Assist with implementation of paid digital campaigns and PR campaigns.
- Work with the regional marketing team to organize and maintain a database of customers.
- Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide expertise and guidance on developing a globally focused email marketing strategy (North America, Latin America, EMEA, ANZ, etc.) serving as a consultant for the regional marketing teams.
- Develop, execute, and optimize Global email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and acquire new ones, while ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Work with the Visual Designer, Content Manager and digital marketing agencies or freelancers to develop assets needed and contribute to copywriting for email.
- Track and report email marketing metrics/KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates etc.
- Partnering with other marketing professionals to support plan strategies and create assets for the regions that maintain an authentic social voice that enhances the Arlon brand, increases its reach, and improves the customer experience.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that campaigns are tracking in line with expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or another related field.
- Four (4) + years of recent work experience, as per the requirements listed above.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo.
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of website content management, SEO strategies and analytics reporting.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms, specifically Google AdWords.
- Working knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Sprout Social or other social analytics / social listening tools
- Experience with Adobe software packages including Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Photoshop a plus.
- Superior communication skills in the English language (inter-personal, listening, verbal, written, presentation).

We are seeking a talented individual to join our global marketing team as a Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in managing Arlon Graphics' online presence, including websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media, and paid advertising, among other lead generation functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages customer relationship management platform, focusing on lead management and marketing automation. As a subject matter expert in HubSpot management, marketing, and sales campaign analytics, will support the team by managing the website and setting up online campaigns. Responsibilities include optimizing HubSpot workflows, analyzing campaign performance metrics, updating website content, creating engaging blog posts, and maximizing online campaign effectiveness. Contributions will directly impact customer engagement and conversion rates, driving measurable results across our digital marketing efforts.
