- Monitoring Residents
- Supervising and directing Nursing Assistants
- Assisting in writing care plans based on resident needs.
- Monitoring response to care treatment plans.
- Assisting with discharge process.
- Obtaining and administering medication. Possesses knowledge of medication interactions.
- Documenting and reviewing medication and treatment sheets for accuracy and compliance.
