    Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategic communication plans and branding/messaging frameworks
    • Lead execution of PR and marketing communications activities
    • Understand client opportunities across various channels
    • Provide expert counsel to clients, deliver outcomes, nurture relationships, and manage expectations
    • Create original content tailored to clients' needs
    • Meet clients' design and digital requirements by preparing creative briefs, budgets, and overseeing client feedback
    • Pitch compelling news and trend stories
    • Establish and maintain relationships with media and social influencers
    • Effectively manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
    • Manage account budgets, project timelines, and efforts within budget constraints
    • Supervise external vendors and partners
    • Contribute to agency promotion, professional growth, and team cohesion

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in public relations or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
    • Strong writing, communication, and presentation abilities
    • Sharp strategic thinking capabilities
    • Proficient in data gathering and analysis
    • Demonstrated success in securing media coverage
    • In-depth knowledge of social media and digital strategies
    • Experience in managing influencer outreach campaigns is a bonus
    • Exceptional multitasking skills
    • Background in finance or agriculture is advantageous
