Description
What is the training process like at Lake Shore?

This practical Bachelor's degree program is offered in collaboration with the Technical University of Lübeck to train future professionals in the food industry.

The dual study program lasts a total of 4.5 years and leads to a degree as a "Bachelor of Engineering".

In addition to studying at the Technical University in Lübeck, you will also receive on-the-job training at Nordgetreide to become a certified specialist in food technology (m/f/d) in cooperation with the vocational school in Neumünster.

This training will be completed after 2.5 years and forms the foundation for a successful degree at the Technical University.

What tasks can I expect?

During the training, you will operate and monitor the entire production process from the delivery of raw materials to the packaged end product.

You will be responsible for setting up machines and equipment for different recipes before production begins and continuously monitoring production processes.

During the training, you will learn all production processes for the production of our various industrial cereals.

In the third year of training and after successfully completing the training as a certified specialist in food technology (m/f/d), you will increasingly be involved in administrative tasks related to production processes and production control.

By participating in projects, you can directly apply your knowledge from the university and take on more responsibility.
