- Weekly visits to Offices in assigned locations. This will also include daily client and local office owner communication.
- Weekly check in calls with NAM Leadership, as well as Credico USA Account Management.
- Responsible for Quality metrics for the campaign that is supported, which can vary based on the telecom assigned.
- Multitasking between the "Three hat mentality". Which includes Clients, Office owners and our internal teams.
- Making visits to retail store managers as well as effectively communicating staffing and rules of engagement of store relationship.
- Quarterly goals to be achieved to ensure advancement within our industry, which is monitored by VP weekly.
- Provides direction to external vendor teams and work to guide finished product
- Collects data and develops action plans for team
- Provide consultative approach to driving deeper and more meaningful application of client objectives and sales mix
- Conduct monthly field audits to ensure compliant operations
- Communicates information to the field ensuring all product knowledge, initiatives and trends are up to date
- Business development strategy development and implementation
- Develops and implements action plans that increase presence to help meet anticipated sales
- Monitors sales data on a continual basis and communicates trends and issues pertaining to sales or marketing
- Planning and Implementation of monthly Sales incentives
- Prepares and presents Quarterly Review to client
- Other duties as assigned or are necessary that support the overall business needs
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Must be able to work periodically in the office
- Occasional overtime may be required
- 3 - 5 years sales experience or work-related experience
- 3 - 5 years with experience in sales data collection and analysis
- Must always conduct self in a professional manner with personnel, customers and venue staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Must have dependable vehicle to travel field 60 – 70% on the road
- Experience in marketing/sales for a minimum of 3 years
- Understanding of client-based relationships at a corporate level
- Direct Sales experience is preferred; Retail based sales experience is a plus
- Travel minimum 3 days per week within region once 30-day training is completed
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- 3 -5 years previous personnel management experience
- Demonstrate problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong people management skills

The National Account Manager is responsible for relationship development and sales target delivery. This role manages and leads the client relationship and delivers insights and data regarding client sales and marketing performance. In addition, this role concentrates on data collection and analysis of sales-related information and metrics.
This position will coordinate client relationships as well as develop relationships with the direct business owners that support our client through our brokerage. This role leads and encourages the business owners in the joint effort to reach quality goals and client satisfaction.
Communicate daily with stakeholders for suitable action, resolve issues and ensure the highest level of quality service with the client and independent office management.
