Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical aesthetics industry.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, medical professionals, and clinical skincare providers within the Medical Aesthetics space.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay in touch with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaborate with key partners to enhance product/service visibility and accessibility.
- Deepen collaboration and partnerships with existing accounts to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Provide product knowledge and training to accounts to maximize their performance.
- Attend and aid in planning events to drive sell through
- Attend local workshops, aesthetic shows, and industry events to expand brand awareness
- Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide input on product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities in your market.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development within the medical aesthetics industry
- Strong understanding of medical aesthetics products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- 50% travel required
- Clean driving record
- Strong presentation skills
