    Full-Stack Data Scientist - Generative AI Solutions

    Smartbridge is seeking a talented and creative Full-Stack Data Scientist to join our growing team.

    You will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying generative AI solutions that drive real-world impact for our clients.


    Responsibilities:
    Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where generative AI can provide a strategic advantage.

    Design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions using LangChain, Databricks, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI or similar platforms, frameworks.

    Pre-process, clean, and enrich high-quality datasets with NLP to fine-tune and evaluate generative AI solutions.

    Develop robust evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness and fairness of generative AI solutions.

    Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support large-scale generative AI projects.

    Collaborate with engineers to deploy generative AI solutions into production environments.

    Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI research and best practices. Be able to quickly learn to use, develop, and implement solutions with the latest technologies.

    Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

    Communication & Presentation Skills are Paramount:
    You'll bridge the gap between technical brilliance and clear, concise communication for non-technical audiences.

    Confidently present complex technical concepts in a way that is engaging, informative, and fosters collaboration.

    Deliver exceptional communication both verbally and in writing, tailoring your message to diverse stakeholders (executives, business leaders, technical teams).

    Craft compelling presentations that showcase the power of generative AI and its potential impact on your client's business.


    Qualifications:
    Ph.
    D. in Computer Science, Statistics, STEM or a related field (or M.S. with significant experience).

    3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.

    Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI solutions.

    Strong proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

    Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

    Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

    A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.


    Bonus Points:
    Experience with generative AI applications in your desired industry (e.g., energy, construction, healthcare, hospitality, finance, creative industries).

    Experience with MLOps tools and best practices for deploying AI models in production.

    A strong portfolio showcasing your generative AI expertise.
