Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and iterate on Proof of Concept (POC) Machine Learning (ML) models to address business challenges and opportunities.
Create model output and test results, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Utilize expertise in AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Data IKU to optimize model development, deployment, and maintenance processes.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
Build robust statistical models for predictive analytics, leveraging advanced techniques to enhance accuracy and performance.
Develop machine learning algorithms tailored to specific use cases, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including Data Engineers, Software Developers, and Business Analysts, to drive datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
Communicate complex findings and technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner to nontechnical stakeholders.
Develop models and engines that automate decisionmaking processes, scoring business data accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience (35 years) in developing and deploying ML models in a production environment.
Proficiency with Databricks and AWS services;
certifications in Databricks and AWS preferred

Significant experience and deep understanding of Data IKU for model development, deployment, and maintenance; Data IKU certification highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience conducting exploratory data analysis and building statistical models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience with decision automation and developing scoring engines is a plus.
